Cabernet Souvignon Doc Piave
The Cabernet Sauvignon vine, present since 1877, is particularly successful in the Doc Piave area because it produces at its best on alluvial planes.
It produces an excellent wine, softer than the Franc which, fermented pure, ages well, even over a long period, during which time it becomes refined and softer. It can be considered a Riserva or Reserve if it meets the requirements set out in the regulations.
