Chardonnay Doc Piave
This is a great wine and it's not surprising that it's used in the production of sparkling wines both in France and Italy, with excellent results. The still wines are equally worthy of note.

- Soft straw yellow.
- Fragrance
- Hints of apple or fresh bread crust.
- Flavour
- Discrete and very fine, with apple, acacia flower and liquorice notes.
- Alcohol
- Minimum 11 percent.
- Ideal age
- 1 year.
- Temperature
- It should be served between 10 - 12 degrees.
- Abbinamento
- Ideal as an aperitif, with light hors d'oeuvres, with broths, with fish and egg-based dishes. Chardonnay del Piave Doc can be enjoyed with lobster tagliolini in winter and the radicchio risotto and asparagus in the spring.
