Tai Doc Piave
The Tai vine is one of the most common in the Piave area as well as in other regions. It has been grown in the Veneto Friuli area for more than 250 years. In the Piave Doc area it reaches particularly high levels of quality and is especially appreciated for its roundness and harmony.
- Colour
- Straw yellow, tending towards green.
- Fragrance
- Delicate of sweet almond, pleasant, typical, not very intense.
- Flavour
- Dry, fresh, harmonious, slightly aromatic.
- Alcohol
- Minimum 11 percent.
- Ideal age
- 8 months.
- Temperature
- It should be served between 10-12 degrees.
- Affinities
- An aperitif wine for light hors d'oeuvres, broths, fish dishes with sauces. The Tai del Piave.
